The Tagine an authentic traditional Moroccan cookware used in the culinary art since ages. The Tagine is composed of two main parts: the plate or base where recopies will be placed and the cone that is the cover part. The cone has the function of bringing back the steam of the plate in order to have meat, poultry, fish and vegetables evenly and slowly cooked. Very healthy and exotic cookware to add to your kitchen dishes.
